By inviting and using Anyaa (the "Bot") on your Discord server, you agree to the following Terms of Service (ToS). Please read these terms carefully before using Anyaa.

1️⃣ Acceptance of Terms

By inviting and using Anyaa, you agree to comply with and be bound by these ToS. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the Bot.

2️⃣ Description of Service

Anyaa provides a music playback system for Discord servers. Users can request, play, and manage songs, along with additional features like saving favorite songs. The Bot operates within the constraints of Discord's platform and is designed to enhance engagement within servers.

3️⃣ Usage Guidelines

You agree to use Anyaa in compliance with the following guidelines:

• Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines:

  You must ensure the Bot is used in a manner that adheres to these terms and does not violate any Discord rules.

• Prohibited Actions:

  You agree not to use Anyaa for any illegal activities or in ways that may harm other users or disrupt the operation of the Bot.

  This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Using the Bot to engage in harassment, abuse, or spamming.
  • Attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Bot’s operations.
  • Violating any intellectual property rights or using the Bot to infringe on copyrights.

4️⃣ Privacy and Data Collection

By using Anyaa, you consent to the data practices described in the Anyaa Privacy Policy. The Bot collects the following data:

• Server Information: Server IDs and Channel IDs to manage music playback.
• User Information: User IDs and usernames for processing commands.
• Favorite Songs: Data related to songs users save as favorites for easy access and playback.

Anyaa does not collect message IDs or message content. Data is stored securely, and users have full control over their saved favorites.
